Without limiting Belle Botanique’s legal rights arising from any failure by you to make a payment in accordance with the Terms of Trade, Belle Botanique reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to take any of the following actions against you if you fail to make such a payment: a. withhold supply and dispose of the Products requested in the Order, and/or b. refuse to deal further with you, and Belle Botanique will not be liable to you for any loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any such action. 2. YOUR ORDERS & DELIVERY

Orders will be usually dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of ordering. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect address entry.

Belle’Botanique Pty Ltd gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. However available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. All purchases are subject to payment authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and delivered.
