Online Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 2-5 business days upon receipt. Refund of the full amount paid for the goods will be made against the original debit/credit card used.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will organize such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

The Return Process

STEP 1. – Complete the Necessary Documentation

Please print the Returns Form and complete all required details, including the reasons for your return or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

STEP 2. – Return the goods

Goods must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 business days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel your completed Returns Form (PDF) as well as your Delivery Note. Please be sure to indicate whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

STEP 3. – Processing the Return

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Exchanges will be sent via Australia Post or by a secure courier. Please allow 3-16 business days for delivery, depending on destination country. You will also receive a confirmation email notification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
